Due to the nature of viruses we cannot guarantee that your PC will be completely safe from infection after the removal service has been performed, it takes less than 1 second to be infected, from the Internet, Floppy disk, CD-ROM etc... Even when your PC has up-to-date antivirus software installed it is still possible to become infected by a new virus, that the software does not know about.

You should make sure that your antivirus software is up-to-date and that you do a full scan of your PC at least once a week, we suggest that you regularly use an on-line virus scanner to complement the one loaded on your PC, for extra peace of mind.

If your PC has become severely infected you may need to re-install Windows, as some viruses will attack core functionality of the operating system, and resetting back to factory defaults is the only way to be 100% sure that the virus/damage has been removed.
