Note: Customers need to ensure that ALL important data is backed up, you will also have to supply your Windows Disc/Recovery Disc and/or Recovery documentation, also we will require any hardware driver discs and your unique 25 character Microsoft Windows Product Key.

We only perform this service at our own premises as the process can take many hours to complete.

You must make your own arrangements to get your PC to/from our office as we don't have the ability to transport items for you.

All our charges are V•A•T free. We DO NOT accept payments via credit or debit card.
