Have you purchased a Wireless Network Adaptor for your Xbox 360 and have a wireless Internet connection but now don't know what to do next?
Do you want to play your games over Xbox Live and access your home network, but get lost in all the jargon?
Are the instructions just too confusing and might as well be written in Martian?
Well help is at hand. Sit back and relax while we set up the hardware and ensure you are able to enjoy the extra benefits of being connected to the Xbox Live service.
If you have not got your official Microsoft Xbox Wireless Network Adaptor (Picture on the right), don't worry you can usually pick one up where you buy your Xbox 360 games or just visit, for example, amazon.co.uk and order one on-line. The prices vary but you can get one for about £55.00-£60.00
The only other equipment you'll need is a wireless Internet connection. Some Internet providers will supply you with the equipment needed free of charge or for a price much cheaper than normal retail stores. Contact your Internet provider and see what deals they are offering.
If you cannot get the equipment from your ISP then ask them for a recommendation.
If they cannot recommend any, you will need either a Broadband Router with built-in ADSL modem if your service is ADSL (provided over a BT telephone line) or a Cable Broadband Router if you get your service from NTL or Blueyonder. The average price for a wireless router is around £50.00.
If all else fails, just contact us and we should be able to point you in the right direction.
Note: Because we do not have to be VAT registered all our prices are VAT FREE. We DO NOT accept payments via credit or debit card.
